The City of Hillsboro is accepting sealed proposals for the replacement of water lines throughout the City. Qualified firms are invited to submit proposals identifying their qualifications, daily or weekly rate, and estimated benchmark linear footage installed daily or weekly for evaluation. The proposals are due before 12:00 PM on March 13, 2026 and will be opened at 12:15 PM at 214 East Elm Street, Hillsboro, that same day.
