The City of Hillsboro Finance Department monitors all financial activities of the City.
Together with the Human Resources Division and Utility Billing Division, the Finance Department is located in the City Annex Building, 115 S Church St.

THE PROPOSED BUDGET IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION BY THE PUBLIC BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM AND 5:00 PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 214 EAST ELM STREET. ASK FOR CITY SECRETARY JASMINE GUY.
