The Hillsboro Main Street Board envisions downtown as the heart of our community where we encourage the preservation of historic architecture and enrich the lifestyle of our citizens and visitors. (Vision Statement) To promote commercial district revitalization through the context of historic preservation in Downtown Hillsboro using the Main Street Program’s four point approach: design, organization, promotion and economic restructuring. (Mission Statement) Board meets as scheduled by the board liaison.
